1. Return Policy
At Wheelhouse Classics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Return
Wheelhouse Classics sells all vehicles AS-IS. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- To be eligible for a return customer must have purchased a 3 day return policy.
- Customer must notify us within 72 hours of purchase.
- The vehicle must not have been driven more than 500 miles from the odometer reading at the time of purchase.
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase, with no additional damage or excessive wear and tear.
- All original paperwork, including the bill of sale, must be returned.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Call our dealership at 661-406-0661 or email us at info@wheelhouseclassics.com within 72 hours of your purchase to notify us of your intent to return the vehicle.
- Schedule an Appointment: Our team will schedule a return appointment at a convenient time for you to bring the vehicle back to our dealership.
- Vehicle Inspection: Upon return, our team will inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refund Process: If the vehicle is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Vehicles that have been driven more than 500 miles from the odometer reading at the time of purchase.
- Vehicles returned after 3 days from the purchase date.
- Vehicles that have incurred additional damage or excessive wear and tear.
- Custom-ordered vehicles.
5. Exceptions and Additional Information
- If the vehicle was purchased with a trade-in, the trade-in vehicle will not be returned. The trade-in value will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any negative equity on the trade-in vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer.
- The dealership reserves the right to deny a return if the vehicle does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Any vehicle purchased using our broker services is subject to the return policy of the selling dealership.
